I don't see what’s so great about "The Adventures of Huckleberry finn".



I am about 5 chapters in and so far i have to say i am not impressed, i was lead to believe it was some classic work of americana.



But so far everyone in the book is a retard. Like literally a retard. They say Nigger every second word which is amusing but looses its spark after nigger 4000.



Oh well, i can only hope it gets better, I’m at the part where he is about to run away from his dad.....again.

Kids are getting dumber, and it would appear to be aimed more at girls then guys.

Remember my seat upgrade from "mark" the Pakistani guy that was really hard to understand....well he fucked up.



He didn’t reserve my seat properly and now i have to fly on the 5th, a day later then i had asked for and i am still stuck in a shitty seat.



Last night i was getting ready to leave for work and mam tells me that the airline place called me and they said they had a problem with my stuff and they needed to talk to me and that they were closing in 15 minutes.



That’s right, they left it until 15 before closing to call me, so i call them and they tell me, in a heavy accent i cant really hear.



Accent:



"I am sorry Mr. Lynch we have no seats for you on that flight."



Me:



"Well that’s not good enough, i was told my seats were reserved."



Accent:



“Well I am sorry but we are about to close, can we deal with this on Monday”



Me:



“No. No we can not deal with it on Monday, I was told my seats were reserved and it would all be final today.”



Accent:



“Ok sir let me see what I can do”



Me:



“Ok.”



Accent:



“I can get you a seat on the 5th”



Me:



“Fuck sake, I asked for the 4th and I was told I had a seat on the 4th…..fine, the 5th”





Well I got it for the 5th, I am just awaiting my itinerary, if there is another mistake blood will be spilled, and it wont be mine.

How many people know that the new James Bond movie shares its title with a movie made in the 60's.



Although the movie from the 60's was a james bond spoof comedy staring peter sellers.

Why do airlines insist on hiring people with accents that are not easy to understand over the phone, and put them in departments where you have to do a lot of talking and haggling and lots of fiddly small details????



I mean really.





Ok, but i rang up to change my flight details from Nov. 22nd to Dec. 4th.



So i was talking to a guy and his name was Mark, but he sounded like he was from india, i seriously doubt his name was mark.



But the good news is there were no seats available for me on the 4th, so he upgraded me a class and it only cost me ...............€ 31



A ticket like that should cost € 2,000+ and i gots it for € 31.



Yeah baby.

I am so fucking sick of Visas, paperwork and expenses.

Well today was a day of sequels.



I woke up early for the second day in a row and had to leave the house when I should have been in bed.



Today I had to go get muh teeths cleaned because apparently you have to have ultra-clean teeth in the states, not normal human teeth, freaky teeth.



So I got that done and then I was in work and I watched pirates of the Caribbean 2, and now I am watching battle royal 2.



And all I can say is they follow the rules of the sequel, find a good joke/trait of the first movie, and run it into the ground.



You also get a lot of needless cliché characters in sequels.



In pirates there is that little midget guy from scrubs, because after Austin powers midgets are funny, and well, you just have to have a midget in a mass audience comedy adventure these days.



In battle Royal 2 there are the same old characters from the first, only their hair styles have change, for the worse I might add.



And it is full of really odd looking kids that I am sure the emo teen girl crowd think are sexy and they would just love to watch the guys make out *eyeball roll.



But ah ha something else I have to say that’s not a compliant or a rant.



I was bored in work today so I put all my playing cards through the laminator , I had played cards with flannery a lot and I have taken to playing solitaire in work and the cards were getting bent and warped so I put them through the laminator and they straightened out….funky.





Flannery wishes me to make it known that she did not tell me to get my teeth cleaned by the dentist, it was in fact my mommas idea.

....it was slightly anti-climactic I still feel a little less weight on my shoulders now.



I’m sure if they were going to say no they would have said it to my face.

Blerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrg.

Lately i have developed an interest in candles, like lighting them, blowing them out, lighting them, sculpting the wax etc....



I don't know why.

I am watching an old movie, like at the moment i am watching, "For Whom The Bell Tolls". And in the movie there is a scene set at night, and they have noonday shadows. i guess the moon was much brighter back in the old days huh.



I just like seeing that old filter during the day to make it look like night effect.



It also amuses me when in movies like this that someone gets shot, they die straight away, no rolling around in pain, bleeding to death, just dead.



Well that’s not true now is it? When an enemy gets shot he clutches his stomach and dies straight away.(I never knew the stomach was such a vital organ) But when a hero gets shot, even shot multiple times, he has enough time to say something romantic/heroic/corny before he gently drifts off to sleep and dies painlessly.

I just saw an ad on tv for some new barbie doll, and I have to say i was disgusted.



I know barbie has had a car for years now, but seriously, now she is like a carbon copy of some kind of paris hilton slut.



She has all the "trendy" clothes, most of which don't come down below her thighs. She has a pull out wardrobe with a selection of "over 50 out fits".



But what pushed me over the edge was her new play set.



A hot tub.



Since when has a hot tub been a suitable environment for little girls wearing slutty outfits and talking on mobile phones?

I was phoning the American embassy today to set up my appointment and the woman I was talking to....was german.



It was an odd experience to hear a german talking to me about american imigration laws, from Germany i might add.

And when i come back there is still 1 in every 3 portfolios that needs deleting, i need to kick more ass more often.

I have been accepted....fancy that.
